H.I came to Auckland with absolutely no clue what to do in New Zealand. I straight away went to this Happy Travels desk and Hannah Wright, the assistant manager, talked me through absolutely everything. She was so awesome and patient with all of my questions, not trying to rush me just to get a sale. My NZ trip would not have been the same without her! Thank you Hannah and Happy Travels!!
N.Lauren was a massive help to my friend and I planning all our activities and our route on the Kiwi experience. She made it so hassle free and made us 10x more excited! She took us through each stop one by one and gave us the options of what to do in each place! Definitely recommend booking your trip around NZ with them!
A.These guys are amazing! Hannah and Sheryn and Xavier were all incredibly helpful for my group, especially considering we arrived with very little idea of what to do. We thought the advice they gave us and the deals they got us were too good to be true, but after 1.5 weeks of traveling in New Zealand they set us up perfectly!
Hannah in particular was very kind with all of the suggestions she gave to us, and her obvious excitement in the outdoor adventures she was planning for us. We could not have asked for a better organizer for our trip 10/10

A.When I came to New Zealand for a vacation I had no plan and just figured whatever I could do I would do last minute. Luckily I ran into Claire and she was able to inform, first how mistaken I was, and second how easy it would be to book everything I wanted Day 1. Claire saved me a ton of money and stress I wouldn’t have had such an amazing experience if not for her and Happy Travels.
M.My mom and I came here in hopes to find out about going on a hobbiton tour and Claire and Hannah couldn't have been any more amazing with setting us up with something perfect! They even went above and beyond to help us with some last minute changes we wanted to make! I would highly suggest letting Claire and Hannah from Happy Travels set you up with the perfect tour!

P.Stopped by to get some info about our upcoming campervan trip. We talked to Robin who was very knowledgeable and friendly and even let us store our luggage for the day.

So happy and friendly and seemed genuinely interested in our adventure and travel, if you are her boss and you are reading this she deserves a pay rise! Simply for the fact that I walked into the shop asking about where was best to buy a used camper van and ended up walking out with a Stray everywhere bus pass and a whole bunch of pre booked activities for our journey she is an absolute credit to your company and turned a simple question into a $6000 dollar sale. I would strongly recommend happy travels to anyone thinking of traveling in NZ due to their knowledge and experience of traveling around NZ and their friendly attitudes towards helping you find the best adventure for you
M.Honestly the easiest most helpful travel agent experience I've had so far. Sam sat with me and helped me plan my trip around New Zealand, making sure to tailor my trip by asking me what I enjoy doing and suggesting some things I would not have known about otherwise. Hannah W then rang up kiwi experience for me and booked all my buses, didn't have to lift a finger! If you have a single shred of doubt of what to do, just pop in and ask. You'll leave confident, clued up and relaxed I promise.
