I wish I could give them a 0. Spoke to Kate, got 1 quote for Hilton Fiji then asked for another quote for Sofitel Bali. Received a rude email from her manager Sue Johnson, complaining I was asking too much, so go somewhere else. We travel overseas every year, didnt realise now the industry is changed and you are only allowed for 1 quote. Or is it just Hello World being unprofessional and not helpful? - Initially I gave them 1 star (above review) but came to change to 3 as Mark has been wonderful to deal with, One of the best travel consultant I've ever met, he actually cares for you and ready to give you genuine advice from his experience. I highly recommend Mark.
