S.Friendly and helpful service from the Trail journey team. Bikes in very good condition, even comes with a saddle bag Amazing cycle way around the clutha river. It is helpful if you are fit as some good hills to climb, otherwise opt for an ebike. Finished with a trail journey minibush transfer from Clyde to Cromwell.

W.Great trip. Family thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Amazing scenery. Trail Journeys went above and beyond to organize our trip at late notice when other companies couldn't be bothered. Bikes, service were top notch. They organized bikes, accommodation and train to Dunedin. Tip. Take the bare essentials with you on the bike. Use the baggage service to move extras between accommodation. Amazing cafes and pub food strategically placed on the trip.

N.Very easy to deal with, great communication from everyone and made the whole process very straight forward from the first enquiry to being dropped back in Queenstown. We had a few luggage problems completely of our own making when we started the trail and John could not have been more helpful or accommodating. On the first day on the trail there was a bit of a problem with a pedal. John was out there within half an hour with tools, a new pedal and a big smile. And just in case that wasn't the problem he had another bike in the back!
P.This was one of the best trips ever.... Trail Journeys' planning for the bicycle ride, food, accommodations and extra events was flawless. I would recommend this company to anyone that can ride a bicycle; it was easy riding, (Rails to Trails are generally pretty easy); there was significant SAG support including snack breaks, and the side trips in the afternoon, led by our esteemed guide, were informative, useful to understand the culture and climate a little better, and just plain enjoyable. This area of New Zealand is beautiful and this is one of the best ways to see it...
B.They were spot on with bookings and getting our bags to each place in plenty of time. Shuttle was good transport. Bikes cared for well. Their depots clean and pleasant.

D.Their bikes were great. The only way to do this is by E bike. However, the girl that did the induction at Middlemarch was hopeless. When asking her questions about the bikes, their operation and how to charge them she did not have a clue and basically told us to figure it out for ourselves.
B.Great service. We biked from ranfurly to middlemarch and got shuttle back to ranfurly.

r.for someone who has not ridden a bike for 40 plus years it was an unforgettable experience and for all the right reasons.an e bike is an advantage.unless you are an experienced rider do not attempt the public track offered before the official track starts whilst picturesque running alongside the river it is hazardous.3 of our 17 strong group fell off.the actual trail is not a walk in the park but a very satisfying experience.well signposted and plenty of replenishment stops.great accommodation.weather made it.go for it
