We have just completed 16 fabulous days of safari in Tanzania and Kenya. The safari companies that African Safaris use there gave us a wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations in what we saw, where we stayed and what we ate. We went for the animals but we also really enjoyed the fellow travellers, and experiencing Africa and its people. Tracy did a very careful and professional job ensuring we were fully prepared for the trip and that everything worked smoothly and seamlessly

Can't add much more than what our travelling buddy Anne wrote below but if you are looking for an awesome organizer for an African trip then Claire at African Safaris has to be the one to do it, fantastic trip and one in a lifetime for us for sure, thank you again. Definitely a bucket list trip and reckon I could be ready again in a year or so for another!!! Well done "Team African Safaris" and of course Claire.

Claire organised the most amazing safari trip for our family to Kenya and Tanzania. There were nine of us travelling from New Zealand ranging in age from 7 to 75 years old. Everything went so smoothly, and given that we required assistance for my father-in-law who was using a wheelchair, this was no mean feat! The accommodations that Claire organised were totally above our expectations and were 5-star all the way. It was a trip of a lifetime and I thank Claire for her amazing skills and would highly recommend her for anyone looking for any type of trip to Africa, she really knows her stuff.

An African Safari had long been a dream of mine but as a nervous solo traveller I put it off . However after speaking to Claire I was confident in her knowledge of Africa, her patience and listening skills and ability to pick up on my comfort levels to give it a go. Going alone on several "mix and match" individual tours petrified me.Well it was the most amazing trip with my expectations far exceeded. Everything Claire said was correct, nothing went wrong and to top it off I felt safe the entire trip (even when I had an elephant staring at me through the tent). The highlight was camping with Letaka Safaris....nothing beats sleeping in a tent listening to the sounds of Africa knowing there are wild animals all around you. Elephants on termite mounds, puff adder drinking, wild dogs with puppies, warthogs, amazing birds, elegant giraffes, leopards, zebras, intimidating Hippos....I could go on and on.Botswana is an amazing country. So caring for their environment and animals. The people are super friendly and so helpful. I enjoyed the experience so much I am currently organising another trip for next year. If Africa is on your wish list I would whole heartedly recommend African Safaris

My sister and I had the most amazing Kenya safari experience organised by African Safaris. Tracy knew exactly what we wanted and delivered - choosing conservancies to ensure we had a unique experience with a few like minded others, avoiding the over crowded tourist spots. Everything was perfectly organised and planned, with a range of accommodations from the more adventurous to luxurious to allow us to experience the best of Kenya. If you are going to Africa you must use African Safaris as the specialist in this area!

Tracey organised everything very well - no mean feat with a family group of 7 people! and our trip went smoothly. She was very patient and professional and we felt we had been well informed and found the experience and trip details were just as she had explained. And more than ... the itinerary we followed, the company we used, the places we visited were extraordinary and we valued having such expert advice to direct us in it all. We'd definitely use African Safaris again!

We travelled to Tanzania and Kenya in January 2019. The trip was organised by Tracy and she did a superb job. She listened to what we wanted and came up with options from which we chose our perferred itinerary. Everything went like clockwork- her organisation skills and attention to detail are second to none. We will definitely be travelling back to Africa in the future and will be using Tracy to organise the details again without a doubt. We had simply mind blowing wildlife encounters and had experiences that we will always cherish as life defining moments. Africa is simply superb and we thoroughly recommend African Safari's as the people to plan your trip with.

Claire organized a trip to Uganda and Rwanda for 4 of us. Our main objective was to see the mountain gorillas and we were privileged to have 2 close encounters, one in each country which was so very special. We also did walks to see chimps, golden monkeys and colobus monkeys. The trip turned out to be a road journey with our excellent Wild Frontiers guide. For 16 wonderful days we embraced the treasures which these countries had to offer. Whilst we have been on safari before, this was an eye opener to be off the well worn tourist route and to experience Africa and its colourful canvas of people and culture close up. The trip was well thought out and put together by African Safaris including the excellent accommodation in the camps and lodges. We loved it all.

Best holiday ever! Our families recent stay at Garonga Safari camp in South Africa was outstanding. The accommodation, service, cuisine and safari's were exceptional and we will be reflecting fondly upon our experience for many years to come. Tracy is knowledgeable, professional, and responded quickly and efficiently to our many questions. No detail was overlooked. I wholeheartedly recommend having African Safaris organize your trip. As my husband says "Top notch, they hit the nail on the head".

Claire did an awesome job organising a fabulous safari at 2 camps in Botswana for our family and we had the best holiday ever. Everything was well organised and ran to plan. We enjoyed it so much we will be getting Claire to organise our next safari.
