I have known Shavourn for 14 years and travelled with Twilight Travel and Tours many times. All tours have been superbly organised and and managed. I've never had any reason to be dissatisfied with accommodation, food or mode of travel. Occasionally Plan A has been disrupted - usually by the weather, but with a few phone calls, Plan B falls into place. Shavourn always appears unflustered, by these glitches, but has told me that it doesn't feel like that. In her capacity as a Travel Broker, she has also organised overseas travel for me with all "T's" crossed and all "'I's" dotted. She works hard, is an excellent hostess and has been very successful, always trying to improve existing tours and developing new ones. I would recommend her tours to anyone. Evelyn, Pukekohe

I have just returned from the Taranaki Garden tour. Very carefully planned out by the lovely Shavourn. Highly recommended to garden lovers and people who appreciate how much hard work goes into the beautiful gardens.
