S.You get all the information you want to explore Napier. Located just next to the beach (Marine Parade) and opposite to bike hire.
B.The center is located towards the beach in town. Keep an eye out for the interesting sculpture in front of it.
One side of the center is for information while the other side has souvenirs. There were plenty of pamphlets for the different activities around the area but there were also people around who could help you with things. The souvenir shop was alright. A good place to stop if you're not sure of what to do.
T.Awesome staff, well stocked with maps and sites on offer.
P.Very helpful and knowledgable people. So much to see and not enough time. Will be back for another visit soon

S.I have to say that so far I rate this place the best. The lady was very helpful and pleasant. She was happy to go the extra mile with information. A pleasant experience and I never got her name but she is a credit to Napier. It makes up for the tired Pak N Save experience. Go to the information centre to have a great experience.

A.Well organised with excellent resources for travellers from NZ or International. Maps and tourist information is well labelled according to geographic location. There is a souvenir shop located within as well with a variety of items available, either Napier or NZ specific. Public restroom located next door with a 20c donation as admission (under 5 free.)

The staff made suggestions about things to do with the children.They gave us plenty of relevant information and clearly explained all the pamphlets we took.
M.Went in for a Napier fridge magnet as all other shops couldn't be arsed in having any in stock so I site came through and had what I wanted.

These includes experiencing Hastings Farmers Market with live music, organic fruits and lot of foodies. The Mission Winery and Arataki Honey Producer. L.This is a great place. It is also like a souvenir shop, as well as being a guide place. If you are stuck on what to do while on holiday, I would come here. They help you completely sort out your trip and tell you the best times and days to do what. They also have postcards, and many NZ themed souvenirs. If you are looking to sort out your trip, or just want to buy a souvenir for you or someone else, them totally come here! It is a great place.
T.Clean bright and welcoming. The staff here were very helpful on a busy weekend, helped us decide on which vineyards to visit. The shop has a good selection of tourist things to buy.
A.Well laid out-great wares for sale re art deco and Napier in general. The staff are very nice and most helpful.All the written help you need in the form of maps and other literature. Keep it up.
B.Have visited all the i-Sites on our road trip around the North Island. As a tourist these have been a great source of information to get us around and on tours we want. The maps are a nice, personal touch too (rather than the GPS). If you are touring, it won't hurt to visit these sites and get a bit of local knowledge.
P.A great place to book outings
A.We booked a tour from here. The back seat of the bus had no windows. I asked for a refund when we returned and there was no fuss about it. The women who assisted us couldn't have been nicer. Top marks i-SITE!
K.Amazingly well placed. Helpful staff, nice toilets and you can buy tickets to shows etc. One of the nicest tourism offices I have visited. They will even sell you a cheeky ice lolly if you ask them nicely!

G.I believe kiwis dont make enough use of the excellent and free isite service.We arrived on a Friday at xmas with no room booking.
These guys no exactly what is available and we were in a reasonably priced room by the beach in 30 mins.
They do any kind of booking for you and even have showers.

I.More stuff for sale that information, but staff are very helpful. Limited parking around it although there's specified parking over the road, but often full of shoppers cars. Great displays of local arts, crafts and products

V.Informative and easy to deal with. They answered all the questions we had quickly. It was great we booked all the tickets we needed there. And the souvenir select is great there
T.One of the most friendly and helpful staff at this i-site! No WiFi unfortunately. There is city WiFi, but it was not working when we where there. Would also appreciate some more places to sit, so you can take your time to decide where to go.
C.We stopped at the Napier i-site as we made our way to the south island. There wasn't a free public restroom, but it was cheap to use. There's lots of interesting brochures and information. The wifi was weak. But it is right on the beach near the parks.
j.Went there for information on some of the lesser known Vineyards.. We where not disappointed.. All I will say.. Seek out the Small and you want be disappointed. You need to be able to get to these yourself.. Most of the tours wont take you to the minnows..
G.The New Zealand i-SITE information offices are in our opinion the best in the world and the office in Napier is no exception. It is on the sea front near the main streets with the art deco buildings for which Napier is well known for all over the world. The office is full of very useful information both local and national. The staff who were very helpful will book any tours (you must try a wine tour) or any accommodation you might require. If you fancy a very short game of golf while you are there just step outside the door facing the sea.
K.Napier is a lovely place. Only thing I'd change is booking accommodation in the city rather than the outskirts as we did not realising how far out of town we'd be.
Gorgeous buildings and the promenade is a lovely walk.

D.City spirit is great here. They really show off cars and art deco of the 20's. Nice parks and enjoyed riding in the classic cars. Jazz band to see off our cruise ship was great!😄🍸
M.We received very good advice from Tom on campervan accommodations & help with booking. The staff is also knowledgeable on good places to go out.
The minigolf there is good fun with amazing ocean view.
J.Apart from having a comprehensive set of booklet guides this place is very good for buying souvenirs and some practical things one might need while in N.Z. Staff are friendly and helpful and it's only 30 seconds from the beach.
t.Napier has remarkably great Annual Art Deco Festival:...
They just need to encourage the police on duty to where the old uniform of the day so that they also fit in.
Many wonderful vintage cars in Napier.

K.Enjoyed Napier immensely. So much to do. Excellent for families especially with skate board park etc,though a tad expensive if you have a few kids. Walked a lot.Visited the Community Grave for Earthquake Victims out of respect, but not placed correctly on
I Site map. The monument is in Park Island cemetery, not Western Hills. Thanks to the Parks & Reserve worker who put us right.
I think it deserves a mention at Park Entrance also.

A.A small yet informative place to stop. There's a free shuttle bus to and from port nearby. Most of the attractions and city center are within walking distance from this place.

J.The workers is soo much friendly, like all the kiwi people and always ready for suggest you the best. Inside you can also buy some souvenirs and there is a lot of brochure of all the things that you can do in hawkes-bay. Just outside there is the public toilet and a small bike station if you need to fix something in your bike. Spot for tap water too
P.The visitors center is just a reflection of how a lovely place Napier is and how proud the locals are of their pretty town. Recommend a stop over and visit.

S.A bit small and congested when there's a cruise ship in port, but great at other times. Wondering why the Council didn't take the chance to move it elsewhere, such as in their carpark behind Te Pania Hotel
