D.Waiheke is a magical place. The beaches, activities and walks are fabulous. There are multiple vineyards and restaurants to try. Enclosure Bay is safe and the properties are well maintained. Waiheke Unlimited ensures all its guests are well looked after.
A.Waiheke, and especially Onetangi, is a true slice of paradise. At times I feel I want to keep it a secret but it is too good not to share. It's generally a couple of degrees warmer than Auckland and a wonderful spot to visit off peak when you get more of it to yourself and get to enjoy it like the locals.
P.We stayed at Villa Rose for the weekend and cannot recommend it enough! It's a beautiful villa and conveniently part of Waiheke Island Resort. Located in Palm Beach, it's a great base for access to Waiheke's stunning beaches, wineries and restaurants. We loved the views from the spacious deck! There are some stairs to get to the villa but other than that, it was an easy place to access with clear check-in instructions.
G.I tell my friends and neighbors in San Francisco that Waiheke is Napa Valley (or Loire Valley) with beaches. And everyone wants to go to New Zealand! Waiheke Unlimited has a great selection of accommodations with private beach access and fabulous views, near wineries and world class restaurants . It's just a 40 minute ferry ride from downtown Auckland. I can get on a plane at dinner time in San Francisco and be enjoying breakfast on the veranda of my private villa overlooking the ocean with a glass of wine from the vineyard across the road . And then take a stroll along the beach or go for a swim in the surf.
M.Waiheke island is so fantastic. So close to Auckland but like a world away. So accessible by ferry- we have enjoyed both long and short breaks there. Waiheke Unlimited's range of villas is great. we love sitting on the deck with a glass of Waiheke wine and enjoying the view
J.We live in Hawaii and we have been coming to Waiheke Island every year for the past 10 years. While we consider both places paradises, Waiheke is magical. We enjoy our stays sipping wine and fantastic views from the deck of our villa. We always look forward to our visits with our Kiwi friends on Waiheke.
A.Waiheke has become our home away from home, close enough but a world away. The locals are lovely, the restaurants are amazing, the vineyards beautiful and the scenery is magical. A slice of paradise. Waiheke Unlimited will take care of you and make sure you have everything you need to make your stay one to remember.
