P.Fabulous trip on The Ranui a couple of weeks ago. The skipper Craig gave us an excellent commentary and overview of a very historic and important part of NZ colonial history. The boat was comfortable and clean. Can't recommend enough!
C.My mother, sister and I highly recommend the Hokianga Harbour History Tour on board MV Ranui. The operators were informative, knowledgeable, friendly and most helpful. Excellent all round.
A.Excellent option for cyclists for onward travel from Horeke with bikes from Horeke tavern to Rawene. You can also travel to Kohukohu for onward cycling North. The owner was a perfect gentleman, flexible and really saved our day because road access to Rawene is problematic for many cyclists. Fair value and highly recommended. You also get a view from the water of the mission house.
w.Lovely trip up harbour, great to do with friends. Great views
