J. O.Gina answered my desperate call for help at very short notice on Christmas Eve and went out of her way to attend to my beloved little dog. Gina is kind, quietly spoken, calming and compassionate - all attributes when attending to an ‘in house’ call to euthanise one’s precious and much loved family pet. Gina allows the pet she is attending to become relaxed and comfortable with her presence and the owner/s time to say their ‘farewells’ to their pet encouraging close contact for pet and owner to cherish their last moments together. I cannot speak more highly of her professionalism and I can fully recommend her.
p. l.Gina is a total Angel. Gina guided me through the process of letting my beautiful cat Orlando pass peacefully today. Gina went out of her way to help and was so gentle and loving towards Orlando she really treated him so delicately and with so much respect. When Gina carried out the process she sid so in a manner whereby every touch was sacred. I cannot speak highly enough of Gina. If you are in this same terrible position as i was in then you need some devine help and this is who you can call and who you can trust. Orlando literally just drifted away on a cloud. What a wonderful lady.

I. B.Gina was wonderful when we had to have our beloved dog put down recently. Gina was so gentle with our dog - even though the dog was not nice to her! She was very kind to the entire family and seemed to really understand our stress and grief. Gina did not rush the process and gave us all the time necessary to make this very difficult situation as peaceful as possible. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Gina.
