K.I have always found the staff to be more than helpful, very professional and their prices are very good. I am very happy with their services and they were especially compassionate when I had to have our cat put to sleep due to illness that we couldn't cure.
P.S. They are also looking after our new cat as well

They made us feel very welcome- the nurse on the desk was very helpful and knowledgeable- despite our lack of experience and stayed on to help us out despite her shift having ended. Doc was professional and happily offered advice and such. So glad we have our cats with this Vet!

D.After our normal Vet was unable to see our cat we went to AVH. Unfortunately our boy was in a bad way we had to make the horrible decision to put him to sleep. The Vet was amazing and the team on site were really respectful. A couple of weeks later we received a hand written card from the Vet saying he was sorry for our loss and it brought us to tears. What an amazing group of people to deal with. I can't recommend them enough. 5 stars doesn't do it justice.

s.The staff are amazing. The vets are cat whisperers - if they can manage my very antisocial grumpy cat they must be magic. The phone call to check if your animal is doing well after treatment is really good. They even sent me a sympathy card after having to put down our very old cat. Highly recommend.
O.Excellent staff and they often can see me same day. Don't have the equipment for highly technical things like ultrasound, but if your cat has an abscess they're friendly, reasonably priced, and fast.
R.First visit today and am very happy with their service. Very friendly nurse (Caroline) and excellent health check by the vet (Mark). Genuine care and helpfulness for both myself and my cat. There's heaps of parking too and the place is clean and very professional looking.

M.Can't recommend this place any higher. We took our cat 'Kassey' in as he was very sick. Elmie the doctor was so nice to us and broke it to us in the most sensitive, empathic and caring way that he couldn't be saved. If there is ever a place to take your pet then this is it!

We have greatly appreciated the staffs knowledge, skill, kindness and support not only in good times - but also the hard times when our loved ones have been unwell. Thank you all for the work you do.
J.We have been bringing our fur babies here for approx 8 years and they have always been very caring, informative and professional. They genuinely care about your pets and will discuss your options before hand so that you can budget for it and know what you are in for should your animal need a procedure. The aftercare followup service and the annual wellness reminders are extremely helpful. The nurses and veterinarians are friendly and knowledgeable and what's more our animals never feel traumatised from their vet visits. We never feel ripped off by this vet as our pets are our family members and you can not put a dollar value on their health and wellbeing.

K.Have nothing but positive things to say about them. They have looked after my cat for almost 7 years! They follow up on visits to see how my cats doing and have always given advice over the phone for queries that may not need us to come in. Clean and tidy consult rooms and friendly staff!

He is now loosing weight and will be tiptop thanks to your advise! I only wish that you offered a payment plan option for those that need it for pet dental care.
