J.Best vet for cat in north shore, I’ve been to so many vet, they are the most caring vet I’ve known. Dr Katy Skues is amazing and professional , she know what need to be done instead of just give you pain relief and let you wait. Her explanation and instruction are really clear. I could really see my cat recover rapidly after get treatment from them. Besides, they will texting you how things went, and after your pet get home they will ring you sometimes to check your pet! Everyone is nice and smart here, highly recommend!!
T.Really glad I made the decision to switch vets and come to ECB, their care, compassion, ethics and advice are truely amazing. Would recommend this clinic wholeheartedly. They are so accomodating to my highly suspicious dog. Grateful to have you guys around!
C.When pup came down with something and needed urgent care my prior practice couldn't see us and not only that but refused to give us any recommendations on where we could take him same-day. I had already found them to be pretty useless since a change of ownership.
I called multiple vets across Nth Shore (panicking) and no-one would see us except ECB who made room to squeeze us in. The whole experience was wonderful and they made the stressful day much better than what it could have been. I felt I received a fantastic discharge with lots of information and the care I received overall was ten times what I had found at my prior vet clinic. I will be moving pup over to ECB despite having to drive much further, it's worth it!
L.They did a TPLO surgery on our little Morkie. Very difficult for on a little dog like ours (5kgs) One of the few vets who would do the surgery in Auckland. Steve was great, and made us feel comfortable with the level of planning he went into to prepare for the surgery.
Photo is 5 weeks after surgery with our dog putting weight on the leg making great progress with rehab.
M.REALLY awesome team operating here. So friendly/welcoming & very capable at their job. Really nice atmosphere as soon as you arrive. 👍🙂
J.Thank you to Dr Steve (sorry I forget his last name 😆) for performing an exceptional, and very precise tplo surgery on our tiny dog. It was his first one on a very small (5kg) animal and he went above and beyond to put us at ease. A lot of research and review went into this and the results are as perfect as you can get with this surgery. Betty is walking well on the leg and rarely doesn't put weight on it at 10.5 weeks post surgery. Thank you to the whole team at ECB for your service and help with both of our dogs!

S.We definitely agree that this clinic goes above and beyond for their clients. They do a wonderful job with great and knowledgeable staff. We have the utmost faith and confidence in their abilities of caring for our pet. We've been so incredibly grateful for the occasional emergency trip for antibiotics and pain relief injections following cat attacks and am so appreciative of being fit into an already full day to ensure our cat's safety.
Honestly could not ask for any better, you guys are amazing - thank you so much!

Compared with other local vet clinics prices I find ECB to be the least bank breaking and have been surprised even at just how affordable they can be without compromising their level of care or knowledge.

K.I found out about this Vet Clinic from a veterinarian student doing a practical. I was new to the North Shore and had a rescue cat that I needed to find a regular veterinarian for. The student highly recommended this practice. I have found it family-oriented, respectful, with gentle, caring regard for the animals they treat (and their staff). J.My dog was operated on previously in Oct 2019 at Albany Vet hospital. Very, expensive also things went sideways with the healing and she was in a lot of pain.
Someone recommended East Coast Bays Vet. Awesome people amazing vet the operation was a success, no more pain, she is like a new dog, and so happy again. Unbelievable and so grateful and the cost compared to the previous vet , wicked.

A.The Staff here are incredibly kind and their offices and facilities are very well kept and presented. They took excellent care of my cat for his dental treatment. I am happy to say that they will be his regular vet from now on.

N.Really lovely vet, my dog used to be scared of the vet, now he likes going. They send you pictures and updates when they have to stay and even got sent home with a packet of treats. They don't overcharge either.
Y.I rang very late yesterday as noticed my cat was unwell. They were fully booked but managed to squeeze me in. They are always helpful like this, and vet Peta is very knowledgeable and polite. Very happy with this place!

The puppy preschool they run is great - the vet nurses who run it were knowledgeable and very helpful. The vets we have seen are great with our puppy, making the trips as uneventful as possible.

P.If you are looking for a rabbit Davy vet this is the best place to go. My buns are always happy after being thier and they really do know how to handle rabbits properly

구.East Coast Bays vet is definitely the best vet I have ever been to. Staffs are friendly, and they give you detailed explanation with reasonable price. I was so relieved when I got their text with a photo when I left my dog for laparoscopic surgery. With each and every visit, I strongly feel that they really do care for the animals. :)

S.These vets are really great,so caring and sweet to pets and owners. I have been going there for 20 years now. The only thing making me sometimes a bit frustrared is that the wait can be quite long wich is stressful when you are there with a sick or injured and stressed pet. I realize that this can be due to emergencies coming in but it is still not great for someone writing.
