my cats first cattery, she had to get 2 vaccines to be able for them to take her. Every other time shes had her yearly jabs the vets provide a decent discount this vet/cattery does not you will pay full price for both jabs. She was there for a month inclusive of a public holiday which was extra. They do not offer a discount for long term stay whatsoever and it was 21 per day and 25 for the public holiday. She did seem to enjoy the place after a while I felt like I had to beg for photos of her and I had a few missed calls from staff members not one left their name so when I called back no one knew who called me. I wouldnt put my cat in a vet/cattery again because they just dont have the time to tend to the cattery as much and I have no idea if anyone lives on site. She looked happy in the photos they sent, they changed her food I guess because she wasn't eating what I provided so it took a while for her to get used to what I had been feeding her for years. I also had to take my cat there during level 4 lockdown so I had to call first, leave her out on the doorstep out front, fill in the paper work on the step leave it on the table outside n make a two week payment and one jab payment on the spot. She was left sitting outside for a while and the place is on a busy road so she was scared and i wasnt able to give her a cuddle before I left and when I picked her up we were in level 3 and I was still unable to go in and see the cattery. It was just okay but shop around first for places that are strictly catteries if that is all you are after.

Trying to find a vet to do a last minute vaccination on xmas eve for a foster pup was impossible but Green Lane Vets got back to me amd were able to fit us in. Thank you Valerie, you and the rest of the staff were fantastic on such a busy day.

Just picked up Phoenix from the cattery. Very happy with the quality of care. This is the second time we've used their services and will be back in the future. Highly recommend.

Our cat had been run over and we wanted to be sure the body in the bag was *really* our cat. So we called not long before closing and they said to bring him over. They scanned for a microchip and found one. It was our cat, sorry to say. The vet was very sympathetic. We arranged for him to be cremated and his ashes returned to us in a wee wooden box. I'm glad they were open and ready to see us and were so kind and supportive.

Reception are really nice, But The female veterinarian's examination was very careless. There was something wrong with my cat's eyes. The cause was not found yet，and didn’t realize my cat is hurt and inflamed. Then they txt me to come to complimentary recheck with another vet InGrid who is really good, very patience and solved all my worries.

The team at Greenlane Vets are wonderful. They took great care of our cat when she was run over. They nursed her back to health, provided us with support and information, and were understanding about payment. They truly are caring vets and a credit to their profession

I have been attending this veterinary clinic since I got my cat almost 20 years ago. They also have a cattery on site so it's great to know my elderly cat can be seen by a vet if she becomes unwell whilst staying in the cattery & that all her records are available. The vets are young, caring, knowledgeable & up to date in their approach to vet care. They are all friendly & approachable - as are the vet nurses. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Took my wee cat here and they were great and did a couple of follow up texts and phone call to make sure she was OK overvthe Christmas break. Would definitely recommend.

Tinker has stayed here in the cattery a couple of times and was well looked after..Both times he came home very happy...One time they were able to find space for him over a busy long weekend when I had an emergency. Staff are all very professional, well trained , polite and friendly. The Vet also gave me advise on his health which was much appreciated at no extra cost...They all seem to be dedicated and passionate about their work. Reasonable prices..lovely clean facilities..Very happy here...

Went there to get flea, worms, feeding advice and also whether there were any suggestions for Catteries during the Christmas holidays. The girls at the counter were so lively to deal with, have so much good advice and even offered to feed my cat if I couldn't find a cattery in time. Will probably take my cat here now instead of our local vet just because of the awesome service! =)

I've taken my cat here several times and have always had a good experience - the staff are really friendly, take time to explain everything and obviously care about the animals a lot. Would highly recommend!

We always take our cats here and they are always well treated. Friendly helpful staff who always txt to see how they are doing next day after seeing the vet. Will be taking our pets here when they need to see the vet again.

Always good service. I changed to this vet after an awful experience with my previous vet. Thanks to them, Lucycat is still causing chaos to the neighbourhood in spite of feline diabetes, arthritis, bad teeth etc. He's currently sunbathing on the deck looking like a cat half his age.

Found a dead cat undrr my house. Brought it to vet in case it had a microchip so the owners could be contacted. They were lovely and also did not charge me!

Emma, ingrid and the team here a t greenlane vets are a godsend. You will be hard pushed to find people as kind or a s caring for your pets anywhere else. Ive had to pop in here several times to ask questions and pickup supplies and the poeple on hand have never been anything other than helpful. I would 100% reccommend bringing your pet here as this team really do care, and it shows

Buzzer when entering clinic can freak out cats, examination room is stuffy and needs better ventilation, vet knows the examinations but was unfamiliar with the NZ pet export requirements and checks.

We took our cat to Greenlane Vets for a rabies vaccination, which was fine, however, we got so much more in return. They pointed out some things that needed attention with our cat's dental health that our previous vet had missed. Very happy with the attention to detail and obvious care for our little girl.
