Can only recommend Jess and her team. She has such a wealth of knowledge and can help with a lot of behaviour problems. She came to see me and my two cats to assess what I can do better and how I can make their bonding easier. Even though I had already read a lot about cat behaviour, Jess still had so much more ideas and recommendations. I would suggest her services for anyone who wants to learn more about their pets behaviour, even if it’s not troublesome. Especially cats are so great at hiding discomfort and pain, so understanding their body language and reading their signals is so important. Her visit was priceless to me and my two fur babies.

It has been invaluable for us as a rescue to have some of Jess' caliber to call on for dogs that are struggling to develop confidence and connections. Having a really clear plan of how to move forward - including extensive resources to help develop positive behaviours and connects, makes a world of difference!

Speaking with Jess about my dogs behaviour gave me reassurance and confidence in how to go forward with our training. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, I highly recommend her services!

Kiwi Vet Behaviour offered expertise and support that was both insightful and useful in helping me learn how to work with my dogs' reactive behaviours towards other dogs and improve their relationship with each other. We are still works in progress, but walks have become so much more positive and calm and it has been a lot of fun to see their transformation. Importantly, I am more confident with having basic skills to help them learn and I think all of our welfare has improved!
