B.I have received nothing but the best care from Nick and the team. I have been coming here for many years and always received the best treatment for my pets.
Nick is very knowledgeable and offers options which i think is important.
Nick also has experience with Rabbits, which is hard to find in NZ (as ownership rates are so low).

M.My dog loves North Harbour Vets, he has been coming here since he was a puppy. All of the team are so lovely and they treat my dog like their own. Since Dr Bruce has retired my dog has seen the new Vet, Dr Nick, about four times and he loves him just as much. I like that Nick is professional but also has a casual approach, which makes my dog very comfortable and happy. He also suggested a different type of food my dog should be eating and since changing to the new food my dog is at a healthy weight. Thank you for taking such good care of my furbaby.
S.I travel from Warkworth to north harbour to take my pets here, Nick is a great vet and the nurses are extremely compassionate too. Always gives a realistic diagnosis and expectations of recovery which is much appreciated. Cattery service is great too!

r.Great vet who knows his animals, understands their owners' concerns and has a rapport with dogs and cats which enables him to examine them without inflicting stress or pain. Our dog loves going there and gets the treatment she may need, but nothing superfluous.

G.The vets here are skilled, experienced, patient and caring. My cat had a swollen chin caused by an abscessed tooth that was failed to be diagnosed by the Animal Referral Centre (Albany) on the Queen's Birthday holiday. Bruce not only diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, but also not further traumatised the poor fella at all. And their price is very reasonable compared to the ARC. They also made a number of follow up phone calls to check on how my cat was doing. I felt reassured just by walking through the door here.
You can trust the team here, surely!!

J.Although I've seen a few dogs shaking uncontrollably in the waiting room, my Lab has never had a problem that doesn't have her excited to be there. I think it's the ready treats and the nurses knowing her favorite rubbing spot behind her ear.

L.Visited with a very sick wee dog . The vet was Bruce Chard . My dog was given a examination from head to tail. I was asked alot of questions . My consult was along one. I have been going to this clinic for many years and would not use any other clinic , unless emergency or out of hours.
