J.We saw Olivia for our pet cockatiels injury. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She did a thorough examination and provided helpful feedback and treatment. The after service care and communication is excellent and the staff are friendly and efficient.
L.Awesome experience here. A little dearer then other vets but the finance helped us out allot. Working with exotic animals is not easy so happy to pay for top knotch quality service!!! Thanks a heaps for helping our Gallah Charlie. She allot happier with band removed and nails trimmed!!!! If you love your bird take them Here!!!!!!

J.I would highly recommend the team at Pet Doctors St Lukes. They have neutered both our rabbits and gave them excellent care. They operate brilliantly through lockdown with very little disruption to the service while keeping everyone safe.
L.This vet was the only one that would see my daughters turtle during level 4. Unfortunately he didn't make it but she received a beautiful hand written card from all the staff. They were excellent in the care they provided and didn't hesitate to take a phone consult and to see him.
A.5 Stars for their exceptional service. Took my dog with ear infection. The vet who looked after my dog was very informative and educated us with what really happening and what all steps we can take. With their guidance, medication and a second checkup visit, my dog is very happy and has no sign of infection. They also gave me a lot of recommendations and tips on ear cleaning process as well as diet.

A.Our dear guinea pig Squeak, was euthanased on the 30/4/21. Dr Allen was very supportive and highly informative. All the staff were very compassionate, caring and very professional. They went out of their way to make the situation less stressful. Highly reccommend this vet clinic to others.

M.Really lovely entry space, lots of different options for seating areas which is perfect for the unhappy, unwell or less bold. Receptionists are lovely, friendly and inviting and genuinely interested in animals. The exam rooms are also very spacious and very clean. Vet is super knowledgeable and excellent at providing different options of care and price ranges to suit your pets situation. Its behind Animates and well sign posted as to where to go. And big bonus is the unlimited parking. I really like this clinic!

L.I am new to owning a rabbit. Each day I feel like I am learning something new. I like to think I am quite clued up when it comes to my precious boy and i'm quite good at researching things myself if I don't know. This is my vet of choice because they are kind, intelligent and have so far offered the best care I can think of for my rabbit and I. Highly recommend their great work!
A.These guys are brilliant! We've had at least three different vets from this clinic (some more than once) look after our bunnies, and each vet has been amazing. So knowledgeable, so caring, and so gentle with the rabbits. They have extensive rabbit knowledge and will explain whats happening throughout the entire consultation. We took our rabbits to a generic vet once (not exotic specialists), and their level of rabbit expertise was minimal if not non-existent compared to this clinic. If you want piece of mind, come here. They also have an awesome pet hotel that we've used twice, also very good.
M.My 14 year old dog, was in a lot of pain with a tooth abscess. I arrived at opening time, without an appointment, and he was seen straight away. Surgery slotted in the same day. I am very grateful
A.An excellent veterinarian clinic with great, friendly doctors and nurses. One of the few vets that treats exotic pets so I confidentially have been bringing my rabbit and new kitten here for years. They would be a 5 star vet if it wasn't for the rather lacklustre response I frequently receive at the reception where I have stood around waiting for someone to acknowledge me for quite a while in previous visits (they're usually on the computer, but even a curt "I'll be with you in a moment" would do wonders).
L.Pet Doctors is absolutely amazing and I would recommend it to any of my friends that own rats, they were able to squeeze me in at short notice even though they weren't taking any new clients and made everything a lot easier to understand, Dr.Hutt was paitent and understanding when my rat hid in my sleeve just as she was about to take a look at her, she was also understanding about me being on a tight budget and was completely judgement free when I told her I wouldn't be able to afford to pay for everything in one day 😊 Ratty is now home and happy, thank you guys for your amazing service!!

M.They really know their stuff when it comes to rabbits! I've had some terrible experiences elsewhere with vets knowing next to nothing, I am relieved to finally find somewhere that I can trust. I had an emergency with my rabbit on the weekend and Allen the vet was extremely helpful, explained everything in detail so I knew exactly what was going on. He's recovered well and I am so grateful to the team there. A tad expensive but you get what you pay for. Open 7 days which is a plus. We'll be back :)
EDIT: unfortunately I had another emergency with my rabbit and rushed him to Pet Doctors. As per my first visit with them they were absolutely amazing. Andrew the vet saved Bilbo's life after an acute illness and I couldn't be more grateful, he was so professional and caring. The vet nurses and those on reception are faultless too. Thanks so much to the team there!

C.Pet Doctors is absolutely fantastic and I recommend them to anyone and everyone who is considering their services. Dr. Allen in particular was a pleasure to deal with the few times I've had to bring in lizards for him to look at. He walked me through each step of the procedures, was pleasant and is very clearly a compassionate and intelligent individual who is excellent at putting the time in to make sure both patients and the owner are as at ease as possible. E.They take such good care of my two naughty little dwarf x mini lop rabbits. They are always empathetic, honest, gentle, and understanding - and they have a sense of humour too. I have met four vets and a bunch of nurses, and they have all been wonderful. They are expensive - but you pay for what you get, and here you get the best. Can't recommend highly enough.
I.This vet clinic is very good! We took our bird here when he was not well and they did everything they could to help him. They are very honest and we felt like they could give our little pet the best care that he could get. They offer great advice too.

A.This is the place I pretty recommend to pet owners. Without them my guinea pig might be not able to survive. It's worth it to drive from Hamilton even. Staffs are really professional, especially Andrew...very knowledgeable and confident. Very trustworthy.
J.I got an estimate for my healthy as 2 yr old cat to have his teeth cleaned. $1100 plus which included costs just in case there were any issues which required signing before I went ahead. This is not good business practice.
a.These people are the best when it comes to exotic pets. Andrew, Allen and Liz give more than 100% in looking after the pets. These guys worked hard for good 3 weeks to save my sick cockatiel ICE. The reception is well looked after by Sarah, Olivia & Harry. The nursing team of Bianca and others do a magnificent job.
O.They sincerely love the animals they care for and give a perfect mixture of comforting but realistic feedback. The boarding service also give regular updates. An amazing group of people who do wonderful work.
H.The problem is they are very busy,expensive and they are the only excotic pet specialists in Auckland.
DR. Alan is very good and absolute professional.
