Bit difficult to give rave reviews when you are taking a terminally ill pet to be put down, but staff were good and all handled efficiently.

Great communication, thank you always for showing our fur baby love at every visit and spoiling her with treats.

Needed help during lock down with my cat rascal. Extremely helpful even in level four during a stressful time. Very safe in lock down. Took a very measured and comprehensive approach but not the most expensive one which I appreciated. Highly commended

Great care for our pets. We've been going there for more than 15 years and trust them completely! The prices now are a bit high, since Pet Doctors took over. But the care is still good (especially Dr Jess).

Our puppy was not feeling well, rang up at 330 in the afternoon and they had an opening at 4 for us. Dr. Jess Kelly was great as well as all the other staff. Would definitely recommend. Puppie is feeling great now.

Very friendly, professional and efficient staff, the vet was very thorough in her explanation and all together, our kitten was very well looked after. She went for a check up and vaccination. The vet was very gentle and our kitten didn't even feel the needle. Amazing place. Would recommend

I have never been to such an amazing vet clinic! I have been to numerous vet clinics throughout my life but none even compare to Pet Doctors West Harbour! The staff are so friendly and helpful and you can truly tell they care for all the animals! They were so great with my kitty this week and I am so thankful! I highly recommend Pet Doctors West Harbour if you are looking for a friendly and caring vet clinic!

Great vets and nurses who are really clear with their explanations, and exceptionally caring. Have looked after our dog (border collie) really well.

We have been coming here for a while now and these vets are very thorough and professional. We recently had a amputation done on our cat and theymade us feel really comfortable through the whole procedure. Awesome work

Been using this clinic for over 20 years for my 2 cats. Such caring and empathic staff when they had to be euthanized. Dr Waldock and team the biggest nod of approval is that I'm bringing my new little kitten for you to coo over for the next decade 😀

We have been with this veterinary practice for over 15 years. They looked after a number of cats for us right through to the end and continue to be our vets for the 4 we still have. Bruce and his team are wonderful. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.

You wont go wrong with Bruce at West Harbour vets on the corner of hobsonville road just along from Westgate. Very kind compassionate care and takes his time to explain everything so you understand what options you have. He gives you on the spot quote estimates so you know how much to expect for tests etc so you can decide how to proceed. We've been going to him for about 10yrs.
