T.Such a wonderful, accomodating, beautiful team at this vet clinic for really reasonable prices. We had to put down our precious cat of 22 years here recently and it’s a heartbreaking decision, but one that I wouldn’t have wanted to make anywhere else. Fortunately we will keep bringing our dog here! So thankful to Gaylene and the vet team here.
A.I want to share a special thanks to the wonderful team at the Pet Vets Papatoetoe! 😊😊 They looked after our beloved 18 yr old puppy, Bella just over a year ago, with compassion, respect, professionalism & care during her last day & us, as a grieving family. After a long year of grieving, we have a new puppy & the fantastic Pet Vets team have continued their awesome services with the care of our new puppy Abby 😊😊. We can't thank Pet Vets Papatoetoe enough for the excellent services they give every time we visit - they are super friendly, welcomes you always with a smile, kind, honest, trustworthy, absolutely affordable fees & supplying thorough explanations of your lovely pets needs to keep them healthy & happy! The team at Pet Vets are very caring and take time to get to know your pets and your concerns, and they have a separate waiting room area for cats. The office and support team are top-notch (Gaylene is an absolute gem!). I highly recommend Pet Vets for reasonably priced quality care.

And thank you so much for seeing her at short notice despite being completely swamped that day, and also, thank you especially for your profound kindness and empathy at such a difficult time. I have never had such a compassionate experience at the vets. The whole process was carried out with such care. Although we are devastated to lose our little Lucky we are so very grateful you were able to help her pass peacefully, with that beautiful smile of hers on her face. The price was extremely reasonable as well. I would recommend Pet Vets Papatoetoe to everyone in Auckland above all others.
Y.I can really recommend this vet. So glad I switched and I feel so much happier after having a few issues with my elderly dog that she can be treated! Communication from all staff was excellent! And feel so much happier having my pets cat and dog! My Ragdoll cat loved the attention! Great practice! Thank you so much!!!
C.Great clinic, Great people! So calm for your furbaby. Staff were warm, welcoming and knowledgable. Gaylene had treats on hand as it was pups 1st time in the clinic. When it was pups turn to see Dr Singh and another dog was exiting, there was an area for us to wait while the dog left. Transition was calm, no anxiety for either dog. Also works as an area for your cat to wait as well. Dr Singh was awesome with pup-very patient, thorough and showed alot of care. They have lots of great tools & premium quality food to buy as well. Highly recommend!
T.Lovely staff and very knowledgeable vets. They always take great care of my pets . Gaylene's customer service is awesome. She is extremely helpful and understanding.
b.Due to the deterioration of our kitten - they were able to fit our her in ASAP even though they were fully booked. My daughter was worried but walked away at ease. Would highly recommend their service as they went 110% above and beyond. Customer experience 10/10
K.I'm just a guy with no experience about dogs at all, and I called up this place because I was worried about my pup (Ivy) but then this amazing lady (Keira) went above and beyond in explaining what to do to keep her well.
