I am so thankful for this vet clinic being here for me and Frankie today. Frankie, my rat, had a sudden lump appear (literally within hours) and the team was wonderful. Yes, the price was steep, but in my opinion, it was worth it to see a vet so quickly and efficiently on a weekend. That’s what emergency savings are for. I was a bit embarrassed since I was uncontrollably bawling my eyes out (and was concerned people would think, “it’s just a rat”), but that wasn’t an issue. Everyone there was compassionate and understanding. It’s also great to know if there are any issues for rats, we have a place to go for emergencies.

Pooch got a grass seed in the ear, took him there Saturday afternoon. Both the nurses and the vet were great, accommodating and informative. A bit of a wait, then he was inspected, sedated and seed removed. Consult was $195 but the procedure was less so happy all round, would recommend.

We went here last Thurs evening with our dog Casper when he was needing pain relief from just having had surgery for glaucoma & we had trouble getting his meds down. We spoke to Hannah on the phone & she was so helpful & caring, she got us to come down straight away & was able to see him as soon as we got there, she was so gentle with Casper & made him feel at ease & she got his meds down him no problem at all. Thank you Hannah for being so kind & caring & helping us, we were so worried about him not getting his pain relief that he needed.

Thank you so much for the amazing care of our rabbit, Odi. We rushed Odi into After Hours last night and the chance of him surviving was not looking good. Vets performed emergency surgery on him late last night with a very low survival rate and he pulled through. We dealt with two vets throughout Odis stay here and both were wonderful. They kept us very well informed throughout the night, phoning us after his surgery to let us know he had made it and the blockage had been removed, then two more times to let us know how his recovery was going. Highly recommend these guys for emergency care, your pet is in good hands with them and communication is exceptional - great if you’re worried animal parents like we are. We are so thankful!

Had a very sick skinny ancient cat who we were weight monitoring for poss lymphoma due to thickend bowel not doing well. We know her time is coming to an end and she had an acute attack of pain and some blood staining which wasn't very nice to experience for either of us.....Ngaire did a great job of checking her over after hrs..Murphys law....and gave anti biotic painkillers and fluid so she was a lot more comfortable. Her weight is poor so as she's not eating was about to put her out of her misery but she lives another day until we can get to our vet.Kind caring staff

I guess I can't really complain about the service, the staff were friendly and helpful. Took my friend's dog there, I ended up paying the bill as the prices are pretty steep. $195 to just been seen then all the rest. 2 stiches on 1 wound and a second cleaned out wound (no stiches) and total bill was over $800.

The service here is great! The nurses are lovely considering the stress and horrible people they have to face! The vets are great and always happy to help with any general concerns. Yes the prices are expensive for there services however they are working after hours at times that are not convent for anyone. All other cost such as medication ect is similar to other vet clinics! Before saying do not come here because of the prices please think about what these guys go through and think about the care you pet actually needs! Thank you after hours team, always hate visiting because it’s always inconvent times but love the service!
