Always amazing service from the counter to the vets, they are super understanding and helpful, and always take the time to explain and discuss options with me if I need to.

From the moment you walk in the door with a friendly greeting from the receptionists until the consult with the vet, Petsouth is tops. Lisa has looked after all our animals and we've had and still have quite a few. A great vet and an amazing person.

Had 2 put my awesum bulldog down i was so bummed and they were kind polite they helped lift 2 my car she was uneasy but came right i cuddled her the hole time and they were very helpful thank u very much i still havnt got over but that 4 me 2 do i recommend them 2 help in any way u just have 2 ask or they may suggest how 2 do sumthing easy ether way they r really gd vets and help til they r finished they r gd

The loveliest and most compassionate people, super understanding of my emotions and worries with my geriatric cat, honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. They took the time to answer all my concerns and when my cat was to be kept overnight for her dental exam. They were very patient and just so very nice, I felt like they genuinely cared greatly for any pet they treat. I am very confident in these amazing people and hope they are recognized for their work. Pets are so intertwined in many peoples lives and I am certain Vetsouth would be a wonderful choice for any issues or injuries your pet may have.

An excellent choice to look after your cat or dog, the front counter staff are friendly and welcoming. The vets are professional and courteous. They also provide an after hours vet if an emergency occurs. Iwould not hesitate to recommend them to anybody who wants their pet looked after. Top service!

Easily the best vets in Invercargill , , with lovely truely caring staff members from the desk right throughout the facility . 100% genuine love and care for your furry family members with highly experienced and excellent surgeons , if you are in Invercargill , sincerely please DO NOT take your beloved pets to any other vet if you want a good outcome in serious circumstances , from experience with a couple now these guys are by far the best , they also hold no discrimination to breeds which is a comfort to all dog owners . highly recommended A+++

Fabulous staff...awesome Vets!!

We take our German Shepherd here, the staff are great and booking in a dog to see the vet is easier and quicker than booking a human in to see the doctors!

I think I get more nervous than fudge my dog, but as he is not too happy getting his nails cut we both get a little anxious. Today he had his nails done and the friendly office ladies made sure he had the right vet for the job. She was wonderful and patient with him. He trusted her right away. The treats were just a bonus for him lol very satisfied with this clinics services. Pet owners can be just as nervous about vets as the pets are so its great to feel comfortable with taking pets there and I cannot fault this practice. Thanks team. From me and fudge.

Our family mouse had a horrible experience with a cat claw and the results was a frightened half alive mouse. My children were in hesterics. And i had put our mouse in a container with some bedding. As i was balling my eyes out. We all hopped in the car and took mouse to the vet. As we stood in line with mouse in the container the very caring, approachable, respectful and professional vet nurse listened to us inbetween sobs. This interaction allowed my son to see that even mouse is worthy of respect. We both walked out in tears. Leaving mouse behind..but my son believes you took the mouses pain away. Thankyou for creating a memory of respect..

Petsouth/Vetsouth is great, I have this veterinary clinic looking after the health of my beautiful little Furbaby, Momo and the health of my nephew's big Furbaby, Shadow. One of the best things is that you can build up a credit so you are not having to find extra cash if your Furbaby has an accident or becomes I'll at any time. The staff are friendly, cheerful and willing to help your Furbabies be at their best health and wellbeing, and to be there to support you(the owner) be comfortable to have your Furbaby in their care.
