L.Incredibly helpful. I took a cat in for my best friend's dad, she lives in Auckland and he does not have transport. Eventhough. It was a bit complicated but the vet and the vet nurses made it very easy. Definitely recommend
L.This is my local vet and I highly recommend. I rang up to see if they had a muzzel to fit my dog. My dog was attacked as a pup and he is now attacking dogs that are the same colour. The staff kindly picked up a couple of muzzels from Rangiora vet to save me the travel. Both muzzels didn't fit but Kaiapoi Vet staff are ordering one in. My dog Turbo was scared and staff made him feel very welcome. He got treats on arrival and again while trying on the muzzel.
l.Tara treated my dog with acupuncture and it made his life soooo much better. She also made sure he was well looked after when he passed. The whole team in Kaiapoi are lovely and I can't rate them highly enough. xoxo
K.Very friendly and professional. We were on one of the less pleasant times with a long time family pet, very old with probable euthanasia in store. The lovely vet handled the situation with kindness and sensitivity that allowed us to deal with it.I would strongly recommend these vets. The surgery and store is very neat and well presented and appears to carry a large range of stock. The consultation process and rooms are as good as one would expect from a doctor dealing with people's health. Thank you guys.
L.I would like to thank Tarryn, Cathy and all the amazing people at RVC Kaiapoi. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING service. Each and every one did everything to make Jessie feel comfortable before going into and during surgery. I stay in Halswell and I won't mind driving all the way to Kaiapoi. Super amazing service thank you so much 💗
