J.Paula and her team have created an amazing clinic. I would thoroughly recommend to anybody wanting a personal touch. Limbo loved his latest visit, thanks guys he is doing great
K.Cat came home with a big gash on his neck, and we got in touch with Phoenix Animal Wellness the next morning. They saw us at 2pm, and were done with Sam's treatment by 4:30pm. Wound looks good and we've got everything we need for aftercare. The staff were friendly; there's lots of space in the waiting room (not that we had to wait at all); and the consult room even had a climbing wall for the cats! Plus, lots of room and easy access through the huge carpark. The entire experience was super low-stress. Will be using this business again for the other furry members of the family.
k.Great service during lockdown, my first visit to this clinic at the recommendation of my daughter. Vast knowledge and care for our old girl cat. Friendly and helpful with a sense of humour too. Fair price for the service we received, worth the half hour drive with a complaining cat 🤣
A.Fantastic high quality service, with professional and capable staff (Sam is awesome). Parking great, premises is large and open dont feel ontop of each other when going into clinic with your precious animals. Felt very safe and comfortable. No judgement service as well, being a breeder that can be hard to find.
