I have known the team at Vet Group for many years and many pets. Always great. However this particular visit I want to call out Dr Ben. I really thought our cat was not coming home today. He was very sensitive and willing and wanting to try something else. Not only is this helping I have been getting indignant meows, so her "charming" personality is back. Never been so happy to be grumbled at by my cat. And then to have to come back next say with our dog. Dr Rob as usual you are awesome. And finally to Dr Nicola who arranged to see us urgently at 8pm during holidays, and kept our cat going the 1st time we thought she was not coming home. So that's twice in a week we brought home our cat when thought for sure this was it. So thank you thank you thank you

The NP Vet Group team are always busy and under pressure with clients and phones but they are never too busy for the personal touch and a cuddle or kind word for the animals that come thru their doors. This is a group of people who are genuinely in the industry for the right reasons and it shows. The team genuinely care about animals and go out of their way to help out. They are also very patient with paranoid owners! The clinics pricing is very reasonable as well. Fantastic, caring, knowledgeable vets and nurses and decently long appointments. Different waiting areas for cats and dogs. Decent amount of parking outside. Wait times for appointments are fairly short due to no walk ins.

I went for a vaccination day for rabbits (which I had organised) and I am quite impressed with the facilities. Great set up and nice staff. They still have not sent me my bill which I have asked for twice but nevermind.
