M.I have always found Pet Doctors locations to be welcoming and friendly, and pitt street is no exception. Lovely staff, kind treatment, and good care. You can tell the team is passionate about what they do. Also took their puppy classes and it was a great experience.
M.Vet was excellent. Extremely understanding and reassuring with my litany of questions. Also the veterinary assistant's, extremely helpful with food and very welcoming to the premises
R.I do not like been put in a cage, because it normally means I am going in the car, which I dislike intensely. Especially as it means I am going to be poked & prodded. However, my favourite human was getting annoyed with my claws damaging her new sofa. So for her, I left my happy place (though I reminded them throughout the entire journey that I wasn’t happy!). Tony was very kind and listened to all of my concerns. He vaccinated me, trimmed my claws and gave me a thorough looking over, checking that I am in tip top condition. With the exception of been forced to swallow a worm tablet the experience was a positive one and over and done with quite quickly. My humans seemed pleased and relieved that I am in good health. So thank you Tony and the team for providing a great service and for reassuring my humans that I’m all good for at least another year (or 3 if I have a say), because they didn’t believe me! M.Claudia at Pet Doctors was so good. She was very knowledgeable and managed to answer all of my questions. If anyone is looking for a rabbit savvy vet in Manawatu I would definitely recommend. Prices were reasonable and very friendly staff. She did very thorough checks over my bunny rabbit and seemed to have heaps of experience.

R.Good service even when they had a backlog because of covert were still able to consult and see our dog's We were even given advice on the cost , ended up with insurance for both our 🐕 dogs and a $400. savings compared with other options wow 5 stars

V.So very pleased with the service received. I had been to another vet and told a few options for hyperthyroidism in cats but was unable to give pills on a regular basis as my cat started avoiding me, could not feed separate diets as have other cats on the property and surgery was quite expensive with not the best success rates. Once I heard about radioactive iodine treatment through Pet Doctors and the price being quite reasonable I got my cat treated with brilliant results. And great customer service. Would recommend to all.

R.Great specialist services. I went there for an eye problem with my cat. The place is nice and clean and big. There is plenty of parking, and the eye vet and his assistant were wonderful. The only problem I had is that when I made the appointment the receptionist told me the wrong time. But they were able to see me not long after I got there so I suppose it worked out fine.
N.Claudia is our pet's vet and she has an amazing knowledge of their conditions and provides superb care, knows us by site and asks how our pet's are by name each time she sees us. The reception and nurses are knowledgeable and very helpful.
D.Took my dogs there for their yearly check up and vaccinations, got a lovely vet that we had not dealt with before she was awesome. Glad that I had signed up and paid for a deal for life for my younger dog, got my money back already.
z.Such nice people to deal with, they really look after your babies, went above and beyond and sent me photos to put my mind at rest after my boys surgery, aldo the nicest groomer too
S.We saw Craig Irving about our dog's eyes. He was really gentle with her during the examination. He explained what he was doing and why, and told us his findings in easy to understand language.
H.My two felines Ruby and Jasper are medically cared for by Pet Doctors. This veterinary team provides competitive dental surgery often with a special deal such as complimentary pet food or a claw trim. The staff tailor to you and your pets needs and are amicable and professional. I will return there for 3 yearly vaccinations for my cats. They provide courtesy follow up calls and offer brilliant advice via phone.
J.First time user, we received good service and our cat was looked after well. We only needed a check up but even that was reasonably priced.
B.Most of the vet's are massey graduates with not much real world experience. If I hadn't been going there for years when they used to have good staff I would look some where else !
M.I Love taking my animals to Pet Drs and they love going there!! The staff and services are amazing, I highly recommend them. I own a Pitbull and used to find it hard when I had to go to the vet, but now that I am with Pet Drs the staff are fantastic and treated her like any other dog its such a relief!
