C.We are so grateful for Justin's immediate invitation to bring our puppy in when we called him at 8am. Our 14 week old puppy Charlie was not responding to treatment provided by another vet for an intestinal issue. Justin diagnosed and treated Charlie within minutes. We were impressed with Justin for his friendly, helpful caring and totally professional approach. Charlie's condition has turned around and he is unmistakenly on the mend. We recommend Justin to be the vet to go to without hesitation.

J.Went in on Xmas eve with our little doggie who had an abscess from a grass seed. They sorted everything on the day, it was so well priced and the vet and nurse were both personable with us and amazing with Bobbie. One of the best vet experiences I’ve ever had HIGHLY recommend.

As a vet nurse I'm absolutely picky when it comes to my dog and cats, they are the loves of my life. Justin and the team of nurses are incredible. Caring, polite, reliable, and most important for me: loving.
They treat the animals with a super sweet tone of voice, lots of pats and patience.
They listen to you and answer all your overprotective / dumb parent questions.

B.Very handy location for me, but have already recommended to my friends as this practice has very friendly staff and a great vet. Excellent service, they even sent me a photo of my dog after her anaesthetic started to wear off.
H.Justin and the nurses are fantastic! Bella is a 12 year old dog who gets very nervous or new places and people and shakes like crazy. The team are so patient and caring with her, so that she is very calm once in the exam room. They were also open to trying something new, as to not put anymore stress on Bella. Very clean and hygienic exam rooms, great advice and options for treatment and huge range of pet foods avaliable. If they don't have something in stock, they are more than happy to order in for you. Would highly recommend this practice for all your animal needs.
B.An emergency early on a day before a national holiday was handled very responsively. The outcome, after tests rushed to the lab for results before the holiday, was the discovery of a rare auto immune disease and the saving of my dogs life! Forever indebted! And, all handled with such compassion and concern for both my dog and myself.
A.The staff were incredibly caring and supportive throughout the surgery my cat received. I drive from pyes pa to see this clinic and I always will.. I finally found the best vet clinic n Tauranga.
