I have been to quite a few different vets and I can say hands down that they have been the best to deal with. We have to purchase our cat's food from a vet and this clinic has been the only one who can keep on top of their stock and not make it a huge deal for us to need to purchase it from them! They are also helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate when our pet needs them. They also have amazing and accessible opening hours. It's so nice to be able to deal with a company who understand many people work 9-5 and simply can't make it during work hours. I highly recommend them!

Best place by so far this place and people who run this place are amazing always helpful do the extra mile help anyone with any kind of animal call ahead they kind polite welcoming if looking take your loved pet of found animals they help always 😊

Very caring personnel and vet staff. Always take excellent care and time with my cats. Were very caring when my darling cat was dying. They called me to come asap and they would do their very best to keep him alive until I got there. Which they did. Truly appreciated their care.

The very best team , I've had I years

We love rappaw 🥰 everyone that I spoke to about vets in the Wellington region recommended this practice so we travel further from home to see them. They always take exceptionally great care of my (rather spoilt) dog and are very accommodating about both my dog and I having seperation anxiety and possibly being a bit dramatic.. I could easily write a 10page essay on how fantastic they are,but my dog wants her computer back to watch her doggy YouTube

Saved our kitten and have provided her the best care. Very thankful for what they've done.

Brilliant staff, reception, Vets and Vet nurses are all compassionate and friendly. It's awesome they have multiple locations and open 7 days, they have always made time for us whenever we needed a more urgent appointment.

They are truly amazing so much love and compassion. My old dogs been in alot of pain and there service and help was awesome. All the staff are great and they managed to fit use in with no notice. Awesome work rappaw Thanks so much for make thing less stressful.

Fantastic staff who all genuinely care about animals and and this is reflected in the way they care for the pets and how they interact with the owners. My dog actually pulls on his leash to get in the door! We are so grateful ti have this local business.

They really looked after our gorgeous dog while he was there for the day donating blood. They kept me updated on how he was doing and treated him like a rock star 🤩

Loved being able to pop in on a Sunday morning. So convenient and was able to our our sick cat seen quickly :)

Pete & Ian in particular are caring vets not only for my fur babies but also have consideration & friendliness towards me as pet owner as do the rest of the staff. highly recommend

These guys were awesome. My dog was attacked on the beach by a big dog. Even though we are from out of town, they saw us immediately and treated my dog gently and like she was a regular. Also set us up with all the meds we might need, just in case, because it’s the lead up to Easter and they knew it’d be way more expensive coming back in to the surgery for an appointment over the long weekend. Would definitely become a repeat patient if we were local. Highly recommend.

Dr. Schraa with Rappaw helped my cat and dog meet the requirements for transporting overseas in January 2019. When my dog cut his paw on a piece of glass on a Sunday night in Tennessee, neither of the local veterinary clinics would open until Monday morning. So I used Google Hangouts to call my vet 18 time zones away where it was already Monday. The receptionist (Katie?) who answered was very helpful and knowledgeable for describing how to bandage my dog's paw up for the night until he could be seen. Thank you!

Where do you find compassionate people like these beautiful people that work there?
