N.Sadly went here yesterday to put my beautiful boy to sleep. The staff here were sympathetic and despite red light restrictions, made our situation as comfortable as possible. They were delicate and caring and I'm so grateful for that.
K.The girls and vet were absolutely awesome, my little girl was so sick, they made sure she didn't get stressed more than she was.
Didn't came home, and so far hasn't looked back, not bad for 12 year old outdoor puddy tat. Thanks Vet Care Pukekohe.
All of our animals go there now.
K.Got my beautiful dog out of surgery and the staff is super friendly and the vet was very good at explaining what we need to do, to keep her healthy and clean. Good friendly vets and the staff.
K.I would like to say a big thank you to all the wonderful team at Vet Centre Pukekohe. Our cat Chevy had to stay in the animal hospital there and was there during the period that we went from Alert Level 1 to Alert Level 4. At no stage did the change in Alert Levels change the level of care Chevy got. The vet went out of his way to do everything he could to help us cut costs where possible without compromising the level of care. Chevy came home during Level 4 and had to have a "cone"on his head which was distressing and difficult but when I rang to ask questions about feeding and care, I was treated with compassion and respect. After 10 days, Chevy had to go back to have stitches out and his cone removed. Still at Level 4 and their care and communication was wonderful. Lots of different staff were involved in the care of Chevy and I would like to thank each and every one of them. You guys rock and I hope all your customers appreciate you, especially during lockdown times when you have your own stresses to deal with.

S.Staff are professional, responsive and caring. They are consistent with their care. I would like to thank Robyn and the team for their patience and care of my Geriatric dog who needs ongoing treatment for a chronic condition. A shout out to the staff in the background who do a lot of "hands on" tasks as well as the staff who manage the front desk and often have to multi-task but still manage to remain professional and empathic.
B.Despite being in level 4 lockdown the team at Vetcare saved our cats life after it was shot. Great communication by the vet him self.
N.We have 2 Chihuahuas and 2 cats. all are treated with respect and looked after so well. I do recommend the Vet Centre to everyone.

We've taken both of our furry friends there, the one for their annual check up and the other when he became really sick. Thank you for your excellent service and checking in with us after one of our furry friends passed away, such a thoughtful gesture. Would recommend their services to anyone and everyone.
Z.A really nice vet clinic. All the nurses on the reception are friendly and helpful, and it is always spotlessly clean and tidy. The vets I have seen are all very professional and caring toward the animals in their charge.

B.I have used this service for a number of years. This year was the best experience I've had so far with staff handling my dog.
He's a solid fella and normally a pain at the vet, but the staff who dealt with him were no threat; which showed in his mannerism.
The ladies were helpful and very good with him. He had surgery a week after his yearly checks, and seemed to have been well behaved.
Very happy with the treatment and care, and my dog (for the first time) was more settled.
They also followed up after the surgery to see how my dog was, which was pretty cool.

M.When our kitten recently broke his leg he received excellent care and Robin and the team at the Vet Centre even offered to care for Freddy there to save us the trouble of bringing him backwards and forwards from Clarks Beach to get his splint checked. Staff were friendly and happily let us visit him whenever we wanted. Also, kept us informed of everything going on with text messages. Very happy with them.
R.We took our 16year old sick dog to The Vet Centre for treatment after the other vets (Franklin Vets) in Pukukohe let us down. Excellent caring service at a difficult time and did there utmost to help us. We will be taking our pets here in future. Highly recommend as the best vets in the Pukukohe area.

W.The staff there are so helpful and knowledgeable. They look after your pet the minute you walk in, and I have always known my pet was in the best of hands!! The vet has even come out to my home at 2 a m in the morning, to attend a little rescue kitten that was having kittens herself!!

b.The team at Pukekohe Vet centre are outstanding. They were empathetic and understood what an important part of the family our 14 year old companion dog Betty was. They supported us with kindness and professionalism when we made the heart breaking decision to have her euthanised due to untreatable health issues in 2019.
We have a new puppy and we look forward to continuing with the team caring for her as they did for Betty. They are wonderful.

T.This vet centre has been our vet for past 26 yrs we've been in Pukekohe & wouldnt go anywhere else. Thier staff are always very helpful & knowledgeable on product, the vets are very kind, caring friendly & supportive of all your animals vet needs no matter if the are large horses, farm animals down to the domestic cats, dogs, mice etc, they look after them all. I enjoy the friendly vibe you get everytime I walk through thier doors, its very welcoming.

H.The staff are excellent, very caring and professional. Robyn especially, has been outstanding in the care she has given my two cats Jade and Gemma over the years. Robyn was so empathetic when the time came for Jade to be euthanised. Jade passed away in my arms in our home, without having the trauma of a visit to the surgery. Gemma continues to have regular visits to the vet centre, I have absolute trust in Robyn’s diagnosis and advice on treatment for her. We are very fortunate to have such knowledgeable, caring people to treat our pets when they are sick.
A.I have never ever had a bad visit with this vet centre in all the years I have used them which is at least 30 years. Even came to my house to put the dog's down so was less traumatic for me and them (that was back in 2007 mind you).

3.Expensive but good service
L.Fabulous staff looked after my pet who sadly was put to sleep. They were caring compassionate and I highly recommend then.
