F.We have a nervous cat...runs at the sight of someone new. Chris was
amazing didn't rush our boy and let him ,come out on his own. Got him home and he was happy where in past vet experiences he has disappeared for hours on end. Certainly won't go back to our previous vet😊😊😊
M.Chris and his team are very professional, empathetic and caring. We had to have our elderly Lab/shepherd gentle giant put to sleep recently and we were dreading it. Chris made it a gentle retreat despite our grief. He has also performed surgery on several of our pets and we can't recommend him and his team highly enough.
T.I'm consistent customer with family vets. On one occasion, my kitten was extremely ill and they took him in straight away as an emergency, even with a full schedule. It was a relief to see their urgency and understanding during that time. I highly recommend signing up to this vet service.
S.Chris was so responsive and kind to me with my queries about my dog's operation which had been priced highly.Follow up phone calls with other staff echoed this warm professional care. Circumstances meant I have needed to get this done elsewhere, but my experience with Family Vets was fantastic. Recommend. I wish every experience was as clear and helpful.
