O.Having to take a much LOVED family member here was made easier by the Caring And Highly Professional Staff Members at the Silverstream Practice.
Various payment methods were made Available to myself as well as PET insurance options as well.
Of which were very helpful.
With multiple branches through out the Wellington area They have a respectful and dedicated service to our Furry members of our families
J.Welcoming staff. Our lovely pup Snifter 2as looked after well.
L.I had to take my rescue pigeon into the vet and there was a bird specialist available luckily. So polite and friendly and gave us excellent care and advice.
H.They are so helpful and very caring. Highly recommend. Dr Geraldine goes above and beyond for our fur baby's. We always know we are in safe hands when we visit her.
A.I treat my dog better than I do myself! PETVET is really good at looking after us. Highly rated them!

Until I came across the new front liner. I hope the usual reception woman is away on leave and will be back soon to replace her. The one we dealt with had no empathy in a very sad time. On the phone she was unhelpful and actually quite rude.
Thank goodness the veterinarians on the day we had to put our dog to rest, were filled with empathy and professionalism.
A big thank you to the veterinarians Christine who totally understood our plight and to the previous vet (sorry I forgot your name), for diagnosing Bobby so quickly so that he did not have to suffer any longer 💛💙
M.Our vet Christine, wonderful woman. She has been a huge support and blessing through the illness and passing of our little girl. Even before then she has been the best vet you could ask for. The staff are spectacular and supportive and some of the best you could ask for. For all their support over the past few weeks, thank you.
J.This vet provided great service. We had a sudden injury to one of our budgies, and they were able to see us straight away. The vet that saw our bird was very helpful, and our bird is now happy. Would definitely go back there again if we need a vet for our birds.

M.All staff that I've met so far have been absolutely amazing, caring, kind and ALWAYS without a doubt greet you with a huge smile the second you walk through the door.... 10/10, 100% recommended!!
B.We actually enjoy going here! The staff are friendly and always ready to help. They know instinctively how to act around the animals and respond according to how the animal is feeling.
They are also great at discussing any issues with us and full of info and knowledge.
The dogs usually get a treat which keeps their tails wagging.

m.We take our dogs here, for what we have found is great care, by the vets, and the wider team. It's never fun having a sick pet, but it is made better by having them looked after by caring professionals.

I have nine feral cats running around and am doing something about it. Homing them, socialising them. And getting them fixed before they can be off the streets and onto peoples sofas. These people at PETVET are superb. Very happy
