I had the most beautiful experience with Gift Tree, it's a memorable one because when I was about to have my first baby, we were in a lockdown so online shopping was the way to go. I ordered from so many local stores (so that they arrive early) but Gift Tree stuff arrived within days from my first order - amazing, right? And not to forget that personal touch, a hand-written card with the parcel, instant response in terms of sizing and exchanges, cutest clothing with such good quality! I love these guys!

I love these gorgeous gift boxes! I was able to create my own custom gift box for a friend which I was super happy at being able to do, and I was also able to write a wee message to go along with it. Not only did I receive a lovely email confirming my order, I was shown a photo of what the finished gift box looked like which was beautiful, AND the message I had asked to be sent was beautifully handwritten which just topped it off! Very happy & will be returning again :)

Gift arranged for delivery out of Auckland was delivered, according to the courier Co, but not received by the intended recipient. Gift Tree went the extra mile in not only replacing the gift, but personally delivering it, as they were visiting that town around that time. Exceptional service and beautiful product. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service and amazing product. I ordered a sheepskin for my baby's pram bed and it arrived as stated, quickly and with a hand written note from Sarsha thanking me for the purchase. Will 100% be shopping from Gift Tree NZ again!

I recently bought a play gym, teether and Zebra Rings for my 3 month old. She loves all these items! I’m pleased I found the play gym on Gift Tree and their fast delivery was much appreciated! Would be more than happy to shop with them again. Great service.

I recently purchased a Sheepskin Rug - Long Wool and it arrived in two days. The rug is absolutely beautiful and I know it'll be loved by our new granddaughter when she arrives :) Great service and beautiful product.

I highly recommend Gift Tree NZ! Not only is their website easy to navigate but Sarsha is super friendly to deal with and the goods arrive in super fast time, literally a day or two later. Sarsha always has a genuine personal touch and is really authentic to deal with!

Beautiful quality clothes, great range, fast delivery and fantastic communication. We love the clothes - it's 24 degrees and my toddler girls have spent the day refusing to take off their new jackets!

I ordered a gift basket for a colleague going on maternity leave to be delivered to her home and Sarsha was absolutely fantastic, nothing was a problem for her from personal delivery, photo of gift sent to me and much more. Best online purchase I have experienced in New Zealand. Dispatch within a few hours of my order, parcel arrived the next day - during Level 4 lockdown. This contrasts to a 2-3 week wait for orders from some other baby/maternity stores. Beautifully packaged, including a little note and treat, and items all as described. Other online shops have a lot to learn from you. Huge thanks.

We have ordered from Gift Tree twice now. The first time was a gift for a friend who had a new baby. Sarsha saw that it was a gift and asked me if I wanted her to send it straight to them with a personalised message - this was so helpful for us, particularly given we were in lockdown, so it meant we didnt have to disturb the new parents and they still knew we were thinking of them. The second order was one for our little girl. I couldn't go past the gorgeous fairy tea set and a few other bits and pieces for her birthday. We ordered on the Friday and the gifts arrived on Tuesday morning after a long weekend. Excellent service, top quality products and an easy to use website. Highly recommend Gift Tree NZ. I recently purchased a musical Peter Rabbit Jack in a box for our grandaughter in Singapore.. What an amazing company to deal with.
