Fast and easy to deal with, called me at an arrange time that best suited me. Walked me through every step. Checked after every question to make sure I understood everything and explained things I didn't know really well. Can't recommend them enough

Their contact email said I’d be called, and maybe I was just too impatient and called them before their schedule, but once I got them they made getting my connections done really easy. And could tell me the costs and benefits of all the various providers so I could make the best decisions.

I've found the 'moving hub' a stress-free experience for me. This is such an easier way to move power and gas into my new residence.the guy I was talking to was so friendly and he made sure all the bases were covered.

I had the privilege of talking to Trey who was such an amazing help to me! Not only was he super helpful but such good guy to talk to, really genuine! I have no idea about much of this stuff so he simplified it down for me and found me a plan that work best with my lifestyle. Honestly one of the best dudes I've ever worked with on the phone. Really appreciated it, definitely recommending to others!!

This was the easiest way I have ever done a move!! One single phone call, clear options, sound information, speedy action! Stress-free by definition.

Relatively efficient, however I would have appreciated having the broadband deals / options discussed as found a better deal online after speaking to them on the day.They called me once this review was posted and apologised for the lack of discussions around options and thanked me for the constructive feed back. Then they explained that they had selected the most economical deal for our family. I appreciated this follow up call shows commitment to customer satisfaction.

I’ve had a really great experience With Max Property. The staff are friendly, professional and great with service. After successfully applying for a property, their company even sorted out getting our wifi and power sorted along with telling us what the best deals were. They’ve made the process so much easier and less stressful. 10/10 reccomend!

Our experience with Movinghub thus far has been great. We weren't convinced on the service, that was until we met Trey. He made the whole process fast and hassle free. I never know how Movinghub service can be wonderful. I was little worried about getting all things ready before my family's moving day, and made a short phone call about 15mins. Everything had been done by just one call. Thank for making my life much easier.

Amazing service! As first time tenants, there’s a lot of things to sort, power connections, broadband, etc. With a long list of providers out there it’s difficult to choose the best that will suit our needs. Moving Hub was able to explain the different offers available and helped us find the perfect provider that would cater us. Now, all we have to do is pack our things and move in. ☺️

When builders were doing repairs between tenancies and had electricity disconnected by the last tenant's electricity supplier, Movinghub swung into action so power could be restored urgently. A drama situation was saved. Thanks Movinghub for this landlord.

Free of charge. Called me and set up my internet and power bills, took 22 minutes total. No hassle and really nice service. Definitely saved the headache of calling and googling different services. They answered all my questions truthfully as well. Would definitely recommend :)

First ever experience with a rental house and couldn’t been smoother than this! The property agent Emma in Christchurch is an asset to your company.

It is quite comfortable to have someone looking after the gory details of transferring utilities over to the new place. I missed a couple of things though: They would not go into the cost details for different power providers, recommending we checked that on powerswitch.org.nz instead - I believe integrating that as well would really take the service to another level; and my current broadband provider Bigpipe was not covered in their list. Other than that, the service has been great.
