Having the opportunity to make alterations to the text and images by myself was a big bonus. My only slight grumble would be the sales team giving too much technical information over the phone, for me, it would have been easier to have received an email so I could have the time to understand what was being offered. We needed to update our club website, Make it responsive and give it a fresh new look. WebCanny offered us a cost effective solution. The software as supplied ran on a Windows server, but not on the Apache Server where we host. (WebCanny were aware that our host used an Apache server.) However the changes needed were relatively minor and made by myself. So yes we got good value for money.

I Bought Papakura Glass business with a rundown badly designed web page that does not bring any business but just sting somewhere on the net doing nothing as I was searching for a affordable web designers a representative from Web canny contacted me and offered me a cost effective package to re design and host my Web page and to place my web page on the search engine optimisation. I agreed and was absolutely delightful for their top services, free advice and consultation they offered to me. They have taken extra efforts and time to help me with some of the difficulties that I have had transferring my web page. I also would like to acknowledge the extra efforts of Ethan Anderson who guided and directed me in everything that is necessary for me to run my business without any extra costs. So I am upgradring my original review from 1 star to 3 The reason is Webcanny contacted me following my review to address the issues I raised and deliver a finished product. There are still a few steps to reaching a final outcome but it all looks positive thanks to Violet. Violet was great to talk with and understanding of my frustration. She is a credit to the webcanny business and I hope the owners give her some cudos for the work she does. It is not an easy role putting out fires for any business. I am keeping my original review below as that was my original experience and position but it should serve readers well to know that webcanny can deliver their service, resolve issues and improve the outcome. That is what you want from any supplier. Once I take delivery of the finished/ polished product I look forward to changing my 3 stars to 5 This is not the 1st site I have had built but probably the most economical. I have paid 5 to 20 times what webcanny charge for other builds such as ecommerce platforms etc. -- Original Review April 2018 They tried their best but ultimately are faceless in NZ. You are dealing with staff in India or outside of NZ and this really does not work. We moved to another local supplier and you can definitely see the benefit of face to face meetings for these kind of services. Hard to communicate with and ultimately we threw away money here.
