Lovely woman I spoke to at The Good Wine Co when I rang said she would get my order out the door asap as it was a birthday present and within an hour of ordering I had the email to say my order was packed and the courier would be picking it up soon. Super fast service thank you!

BRILLIANT SERVICE. If you look online there are several places that offer online purchase/delivery of booze, which can be quite overwhelming. However, The Good Wine Co will have my business always. I live in Canada and was late ordering a present for my father’s birthday. I ordered through the website and immediately followed that up with an email asking if the order could be fast-tracked to get there on time, not expecting too much. I had ordered this just 2 days before my dad’s birthday, for reference. Not only did they email back quickly with a friendly email, they got it delivered on time on the day of his birthday. Friendly, efficient, no fuss service. So impressed. Thank you Dale and the team!!

I bought 3 bottles of wine and a gift box on line. It was beautifully presented with a gift card wishing her a happy birthday from us. I ordered it on a public holiday Tuesday and it was delivered Friday remembering it’s xmas holiday time. This is the second time I have ordered on line and will certainly be doing it again. The electronic format can be a bit clumsy: 1. The View order button is above the order line and it is obscured by the banner advising slower delivery 2. Confirming payment could possibly be simpler.
