N.I am giving 4 stars only because I feel as if the instructions could be better as the pictures aren't very clear and don't show every hole on the furniture as it is, other then that I have actually brought a bed frame, a nightstand, an entertainment unit and a dining room table from here and they all look great.
I would advise COLLECTING your items, as anything being shipped can get damaged and it is majority of the time not the fault of the company but the courier (I know from working in a role where I dealt with couriers every day and damages) Not all couriers are like this, however most items can be damaged in transit and a company would not unbox every packaged item to check if there are damages..... If there is a damage, return/swap it out or get a refund.

J.The price of the dressing table was affordable but I got disappointed when I tried to assemble it. The instruction manual was just showing pictures and sometimes unclear so it ends up doing trial and error. I wished the instruction manual would be better if added words to read just to be clear what to do. It took us hours in assembling the dressing table.
D.I went for pick up.. receiving is really easy and handy..they left your box on the pallete for you to pick up so if you expecting heavy items then you may need to bring a helping hand with you while pick up.. also, am not sure how they manage if someone picked up wrong palate by mistake as there is no one to confirm whether you have picked the right item. The only thing I noticed is that there is no toilet for the customer.. if you coming from far away for pick up then make sure you make yourself comfortable before going into..
R.fast delivery which was great. ordered the stainless steel foldable clothes drying rack. which looks great. the only reason i gave 4 stars rather then 5* was the instructions were in Chinese.

Bought a computer desk, scratches and marks everywhere. When we tried to put it together the holes drilled on top dont even match the frame!!!
Appauling, do not buy from here, cheap, nasty broken, marked stuff!
I.Really happy with the drawers that I purchased, relatively easy to put together and look great when made. Did not give 5 star as I was unhappy with the long wait and lack of communication from customer service, when I did message them on Facebook, they told me my items had been shipped and I was emailed my tracking numbers. I felt as if I was chasing after them when all that was needed was communication from them in the first place. The drawers took almost a month to arrive but maybe I should not be so harsh with covid delays. Thanks

K.Really Happy with our table and chairs, I purchased these items separately as a mix match not as a set. Easy enough to put together, I give 4 stars because there was no communication of letting me know that the items were coming in three different deliveries causing me to follow up after each delivery. Instant chat communication was very helpful though amd assured me straight away that the items were on there way.

R.I wasn't happy with the looong wait for my product and maybe I could have been more patient with them knowing that the covid restrictions haven't been very good for us all specially for Auckland. I requested a refund and received it within 2days so I was happy with that. I really love their products and payment options hopefully they will receive some relief soon, as I look forward to trading with them in the future.

A.Fantastic customer service. When a component of a bed we had bought broke a few months into ownership, I thought I would email, just to see if there was anything they could do. My expectations were low -- after all, I was emailing an internet based retailer with low price point products. I received a reply the same day, asking me to send photos and an explanation of the problem. Within days, TreasureBox offered to send a replacement, and couriered it to me the following day. Throughout this exchange, the staff member was courteous, responsive and helpful. I'd definitely buy from them again, knowing that they'll be there is anything goes wrong.
V.We bought the ANAU 3 Drawer Shoe Cabinet. It was easy to put together and my wife enjoyed building it in 2 1/2 hours. I wear a shoes size 11 and I had to pull out one of the dividers and have just 2 rows for my shoes. All else is working well for us. Good product.
