My old website that I built with Iona a few years ago needed an upgrade, so it was just natural to go back to her with my new one. I knew what I wanted but needed help with designing it and Iona with her team did that with ease. She outlined the pages and structure and guided me through the process of getting the content for it. Iona patiently worked with me to choose the pictures that would represent me and the feel I wanted for the new website. Iona provided me with a video that explains the steps I need to take to make changes and add new blogs and recipes. The feedback I get from my clients is “a fresh and easy to navigate website” - exactly what we wanted to achieve. Thanks Iona and team for your professionalism and patience to make all the changes I requested.

I stumbled upon Iona and her team purely by chance and because I really liked the look of their own website. I have zero skills in this area and Iona made everything so simple and easy - a couple of weeks from an initial discussion to go-live date and it looks better than I could have imagined. I cannot rate Iona more highly.

I am super happy with my new website. The process was supported well by helpful videos and I especially liked the outline of the pages that Iona sent me. These helped me to make headings and define what to write in each part. During the initial free 30 minute consultation Iona had looked at my old website and made insightful comments about useful parts and parts that could be more effective, in terms of attracting clients. This set the scene for me to be focused during the website development and for me to be in integrity with how I wanted the website to be. I really appreciate that she has also sent videos about how to look after the website as well as information about getting known. It feels like a complete package and not just about making a website. Iona, Ben and their team are amazing to deal with. In the past we had a number of websites built for our business. All of them cost us a fortune and all of them failed to deliver. We are delighted with our new website designed and delivered by Iona and her team. We chose a local provider as we didn’t want a generic website and wanted to have input. We also wanted a site that was easy to navigate and could show the range of products we stock. There were specific challenges along the way such as integrating our POS (MYOB RM) to reflect real time stock levels. We can also select and upload new products directly from our POS. The website is easy to update and is attracting lots more orders than our old website.

Iona was great to deal with! Very responsive to suggestions and special requests, and the website came together easily, on-time, and without angst (from my end, at least!). Would definitely recommend.

Needed a website for my weight loss business and Iona was recommended by a close friend. I found Iona to be very precise and efficient in all our dealings at time going over and above working after hours to ensure I was happy with everything that was going on.
