The instructors are always friendly and encourage you to work hard in the classes whilst in the correct positions so you do not hurt yourself. The instructors are well educated in Pilates and were great to give me alternative but effective exercises post surgery. The studio, is clean and modern. There are tv's in the studio with people doing the work outs so you can follow that too which helps! I highly recommended!

Tried lots of pilates studios over Auckland, studio pilates Wynyard has become a new favourite. High energy, fun workouts where the teachers have time to assist individuals instead of just showing the class the next move.

Finally it feels like I have a personal trainer! I have given up on gym memberships because I felt "lost" trying to do exercises I had been shown once and the staff were too busy with a lot of other members. Here at Studio Pilates International Wynyard Quarter the instructors are amazing and constantly helping you "get it right"! You can watch the exercise on the screens and correct your position/actions and each time you get that little bit better :-) Definitely feel the positive effects and look forward to my 3 morning sessions each week.

Pilates has always been my favourite workout and this studio was such a great find. An intense 40 minute class you can fit into your lunch hour, with friendly and enthusiastic teachers and videos playing throughout the class to help you get the movements right. I feel stronger and have less headaches and back aches from sitting at a desk all day.

I love Studio Pilates. Its a great workout, with fantastic instructors and excellent quality equipment. I had never tried reformer pilates before, but have now done 10 classes. I'm hooked. I do not have great flexibility, I have issues with my knees and I am unfit. I can already feel the change after 10 classes and the instructors give me alternative exercises so I don't put unnecessary strain on my knees. 10 out of 10. I highly recommend it and always look forward to my next class!

Such an amazing studio - you always leave feeling so energised. The instructors are so friendly and helpful, and always push you to go harder. Joining Studio Pilates and adding reformer pilates to my fitness regime has really helped me tone and strengthen my body - I haven't looked back!

Such a great studio. The teachers are amazing and super friendly. Love how they take care of you and ensure that you are performing the exercises correctly. It's the most effective workout - total body sculpting. I'm hooked and love popping down at lunch time. Before you know it, your workout is all done. I started studio Pilates reformer classes three weeks ago to help with injury rehab and fitness. At my first class one of the other Pilates patrons Said to me just wait you’ll get addicted to this. After eight classes I can confirm I am addicted to it I love it it is a great workout and awesome for anyone with issues like mine. The teachers are amazing and help me with my injury maintenance and are very patient and encouraging . Thank you studio Pilates.

I have really enjoyed my workouts at Studio Pilates and noticed the effects and felt stronger after just two weeks. All the instructors are fab and they’re brilliant at ensuring correct form so that you’re getting the most out of the exercises. They are also great at offering modifications if you have any injuries; I had a bad back and they were really accommodating of that. The studio is sleek and modern with brand new equipment.

This is great studio. The small class sizes allows for a great instructor to participant ratio, which keeps you on form. The classes are never the same and challenging in all the right ways to make you burn in all the right places.
