D.Utkarsh is a highly experienced and knowledgeable Yoga and Meditation teacher. He has studied in the traditional style, straight from the founder of Transformational Yoga in India (Swami Vidyanand Ji), which gives him high credibility in the field. I have studied a number of Teacher Training courses with Utkarsh, both in Yoga and Meditation. Over the last few years of learning from him, I have gained deep academic, theoretical, philosophical and spiritual understanding; simultaneously gaining practical, hands-on training and experience as a teacher. I now confidently conduct yoga and meditation classes around Auckland.
