Sarah ran amazing yoga classes through enspiral dev academy. It was awesome to see how she was able to maintain engagement and feedback of inperson yoga despite running the classes over zoom.

I have been taking yoga classes with Sarah for the last 2 months and have to say I have extremely enjoyed her lessons. She guided me towards hand-standing, foreharm-stand scorpion, among other yoga poses. I love the way she corrects and provides advice on how to improve my poses and flow, she's also very kind and brings a lovely energy to every class.

Sarah is a fantastic yoga instructor. She is incredibly warm and makes me feel comfortable in all of my classes. I'm at beginner to intermediate level, but she's equally effective with absolute beginners and the more advanced students in my classes too. One thing I particularly like about Sarah's style of teaching is she pays a lot of attention to breathing.

I've really enjoyed all the yoga sessions I've had with Sarah. I love that she talks about the philosophical and spiritual parts of yoga, it's not just about the physical poses. Some of the things she has said have really stuck with me and helped me in my regular life, like "Show up, do the work, let go of your attachment to the outcome".
Sarah is also great at adjusting the yoga poses to work for people with injuries or different levels of ability. Overall she is a really patient and thoughtful teacher and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a yoga instructor.

I have been doing yoga for the last 7 weeks with Sarah and I think it would be fair to say it has only been a positive impact on my life.
I have never done yoga before this and have always had a worry that I would not be able to 'keep up' with a class and so avoided it. Sarah takes all that anxiety away and makes the practice so accessible and her teaching style allows you to be comfortable in your own skin and with your own skill level.
I could not recommend her as a teacher more highly, I know that my perception of yoga practice has completely changed as a result.

Sarah is an amazing teacher, she doesn’t only guide you through poses, she makes you think about the reason for everything you do during the yoga practice. I never enjoyed yoga this much before. 🧘♀️ ❤️
