B.Pips gentle yoga class is fabulous for all ages and abilities. The space is relaxing and friendly. I always leave feeling stretched and revived. Pip also offers personalised assistance if you have injuries etc.
S.Pip teaches a wonderful prenatal AND mum and bub yoga class which were instrumental in my staying centred during the challenging and brilliant new experience of becoming a mother. Very supportive, understanding and experienced.
