J.Having been going to Mimi for a few years now for both massages and pilates. Mimi is amazing at what she does and I always feel so much better after going 10/10 would recommend.

Mimi the owner and therapist/ tutor/ remedial masseur really knows her stuff inside out. I have been attending classes, individual coaching and physio session for the last 12 years. I totally recommend Core Zone
