F.I can't recommend Helen's yoga studio enough! If you love yoga or you've been thinking of giving it a go, then Helen's your girl. Calming, powerful, strengthening and relaxing, her methods will leave your body and mind feeling completely nourished and ready to tackle anything!
O.I can’t recommend Helen’s studio enough! Calming and very knowledgeable of everyone’s needs and ability. I feel so lucky to have this place so close to me. Helen also has Yoga Live, an online yoga class for when I can’t make it to the studio. Love her, love what she’s about and would encourage everyone to come and see for themselves.
