J.Forever Yoga is an amazing yoga studio with outstanding instructors. I was happy to find this gem right off the Milford oval. Greeted by friendly and knowledgeable instructors, I was quickly welcomed into their warm community. Classes are suitable for all ability levels as the instructors work hard to offer modifications and challenges for each client. You will find a wide-range of ages of yogis here because the instructors are so skilled in personalizing and sharing their practice. Thank you Jessica, Sheila, Iris and Sarah for helping me center myself both mentally and physically!
L.Forever Yoga has done wonders for me on a mental & spiritual level; physically as well.
However, I never knew I was missing the mental/spiritual part of my health regimen until I started coming to this studio. I have taken classes with all the teachers and they all have lovely, and unique ways of teaching.
Jessica really hits the spiritual part for me that I have been missing in my life.
Iris is very attentive and her "aura" is very calming.
Shelia guides with a gentle touch; if needed and usually has wonderful readings at the beginning of class.
Cassandra has a very calming energy about her that helps to keep me calm during those difficult yin postures that I struggle with.
I just can not say enough great things about this place. I am truly blessed to have found this gem. Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed!

It’s a welcoming community, where all aspects of yoga, physical, philosophical, spiritual, and even musical are explored with love, care, humor, and great expertise. I come away from every experience there a better person. I highly recommend Forever Yoga to one and all!

T.Forever yoga has become my home away from home. Everything from the teachers to the space, the classes to the energy of the space, is what i've always hoped for in my yoga practice. There are many classes to choose from and many opportunities to increase one's own knowledge. I have never been part of a more welcoming community, and i spend as much time there as i can. Not only are the teachers knowledgeable and caring, but the students are accepting and kind. There's no better yoga studio in my opinion!
