I have been going to yoga with Gabrielle for almost a year and can safely say it has changed my life. I have learn't breathing techniques that I now use on a daily basis, when I am anxious, stressed and for relaxation. These techniques can be done anywhere and have a huge impact on your health. Recently I have been having heart palpitations and was given a halter heart monitor which I had to wear for 24 hours this coincided with my yoga session and I found that after half an hour within the class the palpitations went away through the power of breath. Gabrielle caters to you as an individual as well as in the group, her calm and clear guidance makes you feel safe, happy and thoroughly relaxed, after sessions I feel like I have been to a spa and float right out the door!

Yoga Therapy with Gabrielle is one of the best things I have done for myself. I have learnt a great deal from our sessions and every time I come away feeling energised and more confident.
Gabrielle is a very kind hearted intuitive lady with a fabulous sense of humour. She instantly makes you feel good about yourself & completely at ease.
Gabrielle blew me away with her diagnosis of areas I have been struggling with. I also knew breathing was important but never realised I was “reverse breathing” in fact I didn’t know there was such a thing.
I highly recommend Yoga Therapy sessions with Gabrielle, they are life changing!
I also really enjoy Gabrielle’s yoga classes which are “true authentic yoga sessions” & not a sped-up aerobic gym version. Gabrielle also explains the benefits of the various positions, providing a better understanding of the different moves and why they are performed.

I've recently completed a four week restorative course with Just Breathe Yoga. It was one of the most nurturing things I think I've ever done for myself! Gabrielle is wonderfully supportive and knowledgeable. I'd highly recommend these classes for anyone, regardless of whether you've had yoga experience or not.

Amazing!
I've been doing yoga here for about 10 weeks now and I'm loving it. I hadn't really done yoga before, despite knowing it's benefits, as I was put off by the idea of large unfriendly classes I've seen elsewhere.
The classes are nice and small, and the Hatha Vinyasa practice I have been going to is at a relaxed pace and focusses on good breathing and postural techniques.
In a short time I have seen improvements in my health, increased energy levels and reduced stress, as I take what I have learnt into daily life.
Gabrielle is very patient and understanding of different body types and experience levels.
Highly recommended!
