M.I have been practicing yoga for over 10+ years in 4 different countries. The Dharma Room is the best yoga studio I have ever attended. The heated room and the wooden floors create a fantastic atmosphere, and I appreciate that there are no mirrors, so I can focus on how each posture feels instead of how it looks. However the best are the teachers. They make each practice unique, it never gets repetitive. They also teach different variations of every posture so anyone can follow and enjoy a challenging session, no matter if you've never done yoga before or are an experienced yogi.
A.Best studio I think in Palmy - great studio space, varied lessons, and spacious classes. Would love to see a two hour or mysore session to challenge us, and clearer demarcation of absolute beginner and intermediate classes.
