Suz is inspiring in her knowledge of yoga and of how the body works and moves. I have been following Suz on her YouTube channel ‘35 Day Detox’ and she’s amazing. Helping me improve my body movements, flexibility and strength. Her meditations are a joy to listen to too, very calming and relaxed. Your studio has a lovely feel, under the big beautiful tree, with the view of the island, and the dogs. Great energy flow. Namaste Thank you Suz your awesome
